Happy Northwest Motorsport Employees Make Happy Customers
At NWMS, we specialize in big lifted trucks and treating our Northwest Motorsport employees and customers with the same respect and care we treat our families with. That’s why if you ever want to write a review about an experience you had with one of our Northwest Motorsport employees or one of our locations, you’ll see that we have a glowing 4.8-star review.
Don’t just take it from us though, here’s a customer review regarding our Spokane location:
“It’s been a few weeks since I purchased my 2013 F150 from Northwest Motorsport in Spokane and I’ve been holding off on writing a review until all parts of the transaction are complete. I can now say everything has been successfully completed and I am a very satisfied customer. You expect a transaction to go smoothly and in a routine fashion with any normal company. How you are treated and how things are handled when there are problems sets apart a good company.
I have found NWMS to be a great company. During the sales transaction with Kyle L. in Spokane, we had a problem with the fob/key. I was able to take delivery with plans to get the problem fixed in the following days. They sent me a replacement fob/key that turned in the lock but that my local Ford dealer was unable to program after repeated attempts. My local dealer concluded it was a defective fob. All I could picture was getting caught in the middle and being the one left to pay.
It came as a pleasant surprise when after a short conversation with Brett H, service manager at NWMS, they agreed to send down a replacement key and fob. I was out of town for a two week period when the second one arrived but when I took it in to get it programmed everything went smoothly, our total transaction was complete and now I am very happy with my purchase. No one ever wants problems but quality organizations can shine when they do occur.”
You can rest easy knowing that our Northwest Motorsport employees will do everything in their power to make sure that your purchase of any vehicle goes smoothly and professionally. It’s not just customers that have satisfying experiences with us, here’s a review from a former employee who only had positive things to say about working with us.
This is a review from a former data engineer and IT administrator from our Puyallup location titled “Best Job Yet.”
“Great, enthusiastic culture that can be difficult at times for certain character types. I am honored to have said I was part of its operation. The sense of teamwork and accomplishment was unreal at times, it’s hard to believe what you can create as a team. The HILT culture stands at the forefront, and basically, it means ‘be honorable.’ You’d think that ‘salesmen’ hold no honor, but everything I heard was 100% customer-focused.
I hate to have left the team, but I knew it was time to shift my attention to a different career. I only hope for the best.”
It’s hard to ask for a better review of an employee experience than that!
