Job Description

We are searching for an experienced and versatile Human Resources Generalist. Our ideal teammate has a positive personality, two or more years of experience as an HR Generalist and is ready to join a rapidly growing organization. We prefer you to be experienced in all aspects of HR including; employee relations, training & development, establishing P&P, have strong communication skills & the ability to preserve confidential information is required. Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Develops and documents company policies
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
  • Coordinates and works with coworkers and team members
  • Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
  • Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
  • Manages inbound communication, such as phone calls and messages, e-mails, and letters
  • Provides timely and accurate reports as required
  • Provides clerical support, such as typing, filing, copying, data entry, and record keeping
  • Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices

  • Personnel require strong communication skills in order to work with customers, employees and management, as they represent the dealership.
  • Helps educate/train new staff members
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Some overnight travel may be required

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the company
  • Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Highly professional and dependable
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Two years of progressive and relevant experience
