Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Inventory Photographer. The Inventory Photographer is responsible for data entry, inventory photography, and photo editing. The Inventory Photographer will photograph the vehicles for sale on the lots, post-process, upload the photos onto the website, and other duties as assigned. The camera and computer workstation will be supplied along with any other equipment necessary. The ideal candidate must have general vehicle knowledge, be able to drive various styles and sizes of automobiles including manual and automatic transmission, be familiar with Photoshop, and have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Completes any reports or logs
  • Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Provides administrative assistance as needed
  • Provides timely and accurate reports as required
  • Has knowledge of current in stock inventory
  • Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, and promotions
  • Tracks sold vehicles
  • Moves vehicles from various locations
  • Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
  • Coordinates and works with co-workers and team members
  • Follows all safety and security procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • College degree in a relevant field, but not mandatory
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
  • Valid driver's license
  • Previous experience in a similar role a plus
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Basic Photoshop Knowledge
  • Highly productive with minimal supervision
